Replace worn crankshaft bearings on your BERG XL frame pedal go-kart with this repair kit, supplied with a crank arm puller to help remove the pedal crank arm.
What's included
- 2 bearings
- 2 circlips
- 1 crank arm puller
The complete crankshaft, sprocket and pedals are not included.
Fitting instructions
- Use a 14 mm socket to undo the crank arm bolt.
- Thread the black section of the puller into the crank arm and tighten it, then tighten the silver centre section to draw the arm off the shaft.
- Remove the dust seals and circlips on both sides to access the bearings.
- Fit the replacement bearings and circlips, then reassemble.
